ROBIN WINFIELD continues her series of photo-collage paintings for which she has won national recognition culminating with her inclusion in the book series, "The Art Of The State," published by Abrams, in which she represents California, her adoptive home. A highly accomplished photographer with an excellent eye for the aesthetically unusual and evocative, Winfield begins each painting with a cibachrome color print of one of her photos, usually a doorway or entrance into a building.
